胃和十二指肠溃疡77例内科治疗体会
【摘 要】目的探讨胃、十二指肠溃疡的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析77例消化性溃疡患者的内科诊治资料，其中胃溃疡 23例，十二指肠溃疡 51例，胃十二指肠复合性溃疡 3 例，根据具体病情制定个体化治疗方案，观察治疗效果。结果疗程结束后1个月复查，溃疡愈合率为97.1%，Hp转阴率为97.1%。结论胃和十二指肠溃疡应根据患者病情制定药物治疗方案，大部分患者经过内科治疗后可痊愈。
