【摘 要】目的：探究痔瘘病人实施综合性护理干预措施对术后疼痛的影响。方法：选取2018年1月至2019年5月我院收治的痔瘘病人98例，参照组(n=49)实施常规护理干预措施，试验组(n=49)实施综合性护理干预措施，对比两组患者术后疼痛强度、疼痛消失时间以及护理满意度。结果：试验组轻微疼痛患者所占比例为89.80%，参照组所占比例为48.64%，试验组显著高于参照组，P<0.05;试验组术后疼痛消失时间为(4.13±1.21)d，参照组为(6.72±1.62)d，试验组显著低于参照组，P<0.05;试验组护理满意度为97.96%，参照组为79.59%，试验组显著高于参照组，P<0.05。结论：痔瘘病人实施综合性护理干预措施，可缩短术后疼痛消失时间，提高护理满意度，效果显著，可在临床推广及应用。
