PDCA+情景模式教学在手术室低年资护士急救培训中的应用(1)
【摘 要】目的:浅析在手术室低年资护士急救培训中应用PDCA+情景模式教学的价值。方法:选取我院手术室2018年1月至2019年1月期间在职的20名护士人员为研究对象,按照具體的管理模式将其分为两组,即对照组(10名)和观察组(10名),其中对照组护士接受的培训模式是常规管理模式,观察组护士接受的急救培训管理模式为PDCA+情景模式,对两组护士人员急救内容考核结果做出仔细的观察分析,同时还需要对实际操作以及理论成绩评分中的缺陷发生率予以观察分析。结果:实验结果表明,观察组护士人员在经过培训之后,其各项能力提升程度远远高于对照组,且实践操作缺陷率远远低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义,(P<0.05)。结论:针对手术室低年资护士进行急救培训的时候,采取PDCA+情景模式教学的方式,可以达到理想的培训效果,促进工作人员各项能力得到显著提升。

【Abstract】objective:to analyze the value of application of PDCA+situational teaching mode in first-aid training for junior nurses in operating room. Methods:select our hospital operating room during January 2018 to January 2019,20 nurses on-the-job personnel as the research object,according to the specific management mode will be divided into two groups,namely the control group(10)and observation group(10),which controls the nurse to accept training mode is the conventional management mode,observation group nurse first aid training management mode of PDCA+scene mode,content of two groups of nurse staff emergency assessment results to make careful observation analysis,at the same time also need to practice and theory achievement scores incidence of defects to be observed in the analysis. Results:the experimental results showed that after training,nurses in the observation group improved their abilities to a much higher degree than those in the control group,and the defect rate of practical operation was much lower than that in the control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:PDCA+situational teaching method can achieve the ideal training effect and promote the staff’s ability to be significantly improved when providing first-aid training for nurses with low seniority in the operating room.

低年资护士不具备较强的安全意识,对于手术室工作需求无法独立完成。所以,对于低年资的护士人员,需要定期予以能力培训,促进其工作能力可以快速提升[1-2]。在培训低年资护士人员的时候,采取传统的培训模式无法达到理想的效果,反而将情景模式教学和PDCA模式引入其中,可以达到很好的状态。基于此,本次研究将针对PDCA+情景模式教学在手术室低年资护士急救培训中的应用这一课题展开,具体研究报告如下所示:
1.研究对象与方法
1.1 研究对象
选取我院手术室2018年1月至2019年1月期间在职的20名护士人员为研究对象,按照具体的管理模式将其分为两组,即对照组(10名)和观察组(10名)。对照组中,男性护士以及女性护士数量分别是2名和8名,年龄最大值以及最小值分别是42岁和19岁,均值为(21.05±4.16)岁,均为本科学历;观察组中,男性护士以及女性护士数量分别是3名和7名,年龄最大值以及最小值分别是42岁和18岁,均值为(21.10±4.08)岁,均为本科学历;对比分析两组护理人员表的的基本资料(性别、年龄以及学历),结果无显著差异,统计学意义不成立(P>0.05)。
1.2 培训方法
在此次研究中,对照组护理人员接受的培训为传统管理模式,主要是日常学习培训,而观察组患者则接受PDCA+情景模式培训,具体培训方案如下所示:, 百拇医药(李德霞 周容)
