【摘 要】目的：探讨互联网+背景下在护士规范化培训中采用“慕课+翻转课堂”带教模式的应用效果。方法：选择我院2018年1月至2018年12月接收规培护士计40例，随机分为采用常规带教模式对照组(n=20)与采用慕课+翻转课堂教学模式的实验组(n=20)，对比教学效果。结果：实验组理论考核成绩、时间考核成绩均高于对照组，P<0.05，对教学工作的满意度高于对照组，P<0.05。结论：在护士规范化培训中采用慕课+翻转课堂教学模式能够有效提高教学质量，可提高新护士对带教工作的满意度，值得在临床中广泛应用。

    【Abstract】Objective：To explore the application effect of the “Mu Class+Flipping Classroom” teaching mode in the standardized training of nurses in the context of Internet+.
