互联网+“慕课+翻转课堂”的混合教学模式在护士规范化培训中的实践与探索(1)
【摘 要】目的:探讨互联网+背景下在护士规范化培训中采用“慕课+翻转课堂”带教模式的应用效果。方法:选择我院2018年1月至2018年12月接收规培护士计40例,随机分为采用常规带教模式对照组(n=20)与采用慕课+翻转课堂教学模式的实验组(n=20),对比教学效果。结果:实验组理论考核成绩、时间考核成绩均高于对照组,P<0.05,对教学工作的满意度高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:在护士规范化培训中采用慕课+翻转课堂教学模式能够有效提高教学质量,可提高新护士对带教工作的满意度,值得在临床中广泛应用。【关键词】互联网+;慕课;翻转课堂;规范化培训
