【摘 要】目的：探讨手术室应用品管圈活动效果。方法：选择我院收治的手术患者作为调查主体，在手术室护理管理过程中实施品管圈活动。结果：在手术室管理过程中实施品管圈活动后，护理差错率有显著降低，且患者对于护理的满意度有显著提升。结论：在手术室护理管理中实施品管圈活动，能直接减少护理差错率，提升患者满意度。
