    【摘要】 目的：就优质护理对预防手术室骨科手术后伤口感染的疗效进行研究、分析。方法：本次入选人员均选自2018年9月至2019年8月收治的骨科手术患者，在其手术室护理中实施优质护理。结果：优质护理实施后，患者术后的血液感染相关指标呈良好状态，进一步降低或规避了伤口感染的出现。结论：针对骨科患者而言，在其手术室护理中实施优质护理，有利于术后伤口感染的预防，值得进一步推广。

    Abstract： objective： to study and analyze the efficacy of quality nursing in preventing wound infection after orthopedic surgery in the operating room. Methods： all the participants were selected from orthopedic surgery patients admitted from September 2018 to August 2019， and implemented quality nursing in the operating room. Results： after the implementation of quality care， the indicators of postoperative blood infection showed a good state， which further reduced or avoided the appearance of wound infection.
