[Abstract] Objective： To study the application and analysis of non-reamed intramedullary nail in the treatment of femoral neck fracture in the elderly. Methods： From October 2018 to October 2019，110 patients with femoral neck fracture with femoral neck were selected as the study object， and the random digital method was applied to the control group and the observation group in 55 cases.
