肺炎克雷伯菌耐药性及16种β-内酰胺酶基因分型研究(1)
【摘要】目的:了解20株肺炎克雷伯菌(KPN)耐药性及β-内酰胺酶产生状况。方法:对20株KPN菌进行了16种β-内酰胺酶基因(TEM、SHV、CTX-M-1群、CTX-M-2群、CTX-M-9群、OXA-1群、OXA-2群、OXA-10群、PER、GES、VEB、CARB、DHA、ACT-1)检测。结果:20株KPN菌检出TEM、SHV、CTX-M-1群、CTX-M-9群、OXA-1群、DHA等6种β-内酰胺酶基因,阳性率分别为85%、25%、25%、20%、25%、70%。20株KPN菌中有19株至少检出1种β-内酰胺酶基因,最多同时检出6种β-内酰胺酶基因。并在国内首次发现CTX-M-55型。结论:该20株KPN菌β-内酰胺类抗菌药物耐药与产β-内酰胺酶密切相关。

【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the drug resistance and generation of β-lactamase of 20 strains of Klebsiella Pneumonia (KPN). Methods: Detection of 16 β-lactamase genes including TEM, SHV, CTX-M-1 group, CTX-M-2 group, CTX-M-9 group, OXA-1 group, OXA-2 group, OXA-10 group, PER, GES, VEB, CARB, DHA and ACT-1 were performed in 20 strains of KPN.Results: 6 β-lactamase genes such as TEM, SHV, CTX-M-1 group, CTX-M-9 group, OXA-1 group and DHA were detected in the 20 strains of KPN, with the positive rates were 85%, 25%, 25%, 20%, 25% and 70% respectively.In 19 of 20 strains of KPN, at least 1β-lactamase gene was detected, at most 6 β-lactamase genes were detected together in a strain of KPN. Furthermore, the CTX -M-55 type was found in our country for the first time. Conclusions: There is close relation between the drug resistance to β-lactamas and the produce of β-lactamase in the 20 strains of KPN. ......
