【摘要】目的：为有关部门在确定人口政策和制定医疗卫生方面方针和政策提供可靠的依据，组织开展了本次调查。方法：对抽到的街道、乡、村进行挨户走访调查，进行调查登记。结果：调查总人口共计243830人，出生率10.2%，漏报率6.7%；死亡率4.7%，漏报率4.3%。结论：卫生行政部门要加大出生死亡执法监督力度，医疗机构规范对生命统计的管理，才能为有关部门决策提供科学的依据。
