【摘要】目的:探讨十六味接骨散在治疗四肢长管状骨骨折的疗效。方法:随机抽样治疗组201例,对照组200例。治疗组骨折复位后均以接骨散外外敷，对照组不用任何药物。结果:治疗组治愈160例,总有效率99%,对照组治愈80例,总有效率80%,P<0.01,两组疗效有显著差异。结论:“十六味接骨散”在促进骨痂生长和加速骨折愈合方面，疗效显著，避免了骨折不愈合和迟延愈合的发生，值得在临床推广应用。
