    【摘要】目的：分析慢性肺心病患者意识障碍的原因。方法：回顾性分析本院近2年收治的30例慢性肺心病患者伴意识障碍患者的临床资料。结果：意识障碍的原因：肺性脑病46.7%、低渗性脑病16.7%、脑梗死13.3%、药物引起者13.3%、其他10.0%；死亡8例：肺性脑病3例，低渗性脑病2例，脑梗死1例，消化道出血1例，感染中毒性脑病中毒性休克1例。结论：慢性肺心病患者机体调节机能较差，出现意识障碍很难完全避免；症状多样化，特异性不强，特别是在呼吸衰竭已明显改善的情况下又出现意识障碍，应仔细寻找原因，认真分析进行鉴别诊断与对症治疗。
