    【摘要】目的：探讨急性肠梗阻的诊断及治疗体会。方法：先择我院1997年1月~2006年12月收治的55例急性肠梗阴病例采用解除梗阻与非手术疗法和手术疗法进行回顾性分析。结果：治愈51例，占92.3%，好转2例占3.65%，死亡1例占1.8%。结论：加强术前诊断，选择合适的手术时机是降低并发症和病死率的关键。

    【Abstract】Objective：Discusses the acute intestinal obstruction the diagnosis and the treatment experience.
