    【摘要】目的：探讨螺旋CT引导下经皮肺穿刺术临床应用的价值。方法：应用弹簧式切割活检针在螺旋CT引导下对72例肺周围性肿块进行经皮肺穿刺。结果：72例肺周围性肿块穿刺活检成功，其中72例取得了明确结果：肺癌62例，找到癌细胞3例，结核1例，淋巴瘤1例，炎性假瘤2例，炎性细胞3例。气胸发生率为7.2%,咳血发生率为2.7%，肺内出血为6.02%均未经特殊处理，自行缓解。结论：螺旋CT引导下经皮肺穿刺术对肺内周围性肿块的良恶性的判断准确性高且安全。
