    【摘要】骨髓母细胞瘤是起源于胚胎残留组织的恶性程度极高的肿瘤，被定为4级肿瘤好发于5-15岁，成人少见，本文介绍了一例小脑多发酵母细胞瘤伴chiari畸形并脊髓空间的病例，小脑扁桃体下疝程度与脊髓空洞症的发生无关，论述了髓母细胞瘤与室管膜瘤，星形细胞瘤，脑膜瘤，血管母细胞瘤等的区别，供临床学习探讨。
