高血压与胰岛素抵抗的相关性研究

【摘要】 目的：通过对高血压患者各指标水平的检测，弄清高血压与胰岛素抵抗的相关性，为高血压患者的治疗乃至代谢综合征这一类疾病的治疗提供依据。方法：选取60例新诊断的高血压患者及60例血压正常者，用化学发光免疫法测定血清中胰岛素水平，同时测定身高、体重、收缩压、舒张压等相关指标的水平，探讨高血压与胰岛素抵抗间的关系。结果：年龄、体重、身高以及及胰岛素抵抗指数是影响高血压的重要因素。胰岛素抵抗及随之发生的高胰岛素血症在高血压的发生及发展中起着非常重要的作用。
