高压氧治疗乙脑125例疗效观察及护理
【中图分类号】：R473 【文献标识码】：B 【文章编号】： 1004-597X(2007)12-0014-01【摘要】 目的：探讨高压氧治疗乙脑的疗效观察及护理体会。方法：选择本院1993年以来125例乙脑患儿在临床综合治疗同时加用高压氧治疗进行分析。结果：普通型37例，治疗均显效。危重型88例，有75例有效，13例无效，总有效率为86%。结论：高压氧治疗乙脑的有效率与临床类型及治疗时机的选择有关。故患儿高热被控制后要尽快进行高压氧治疗，才能提高治疗的有效率。
