音乐疗法在产前焦虑中的应用研究(1)

【摘要】 目的：研究音乐疗法在产前焦虑中的作用。方法：2006年1～12月入院68例初产妇，随机分为两组，观察组和对照组各34人，对照组只进行常规健康教育，观察组在常规健康教育的基础上进行音乐疗法。应用焦虑(SAS)自评量表评定孕妇音乐治疗的效果。结果：进行音乐治疗前两组的焦虑评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，观察组经音乐治疗后的焦虑评分低于音乐治疗前，有统计学意义(P0.05)，音乐治疗后观察组的焦虑评分均低于对照组，有统计学意义(P0.01), the observation group anxious grades after the music treatment is lower than before the music treatment, has statistics significance (P >0.05), after the music treatment the observation group anxious grades is lower than the comparison group, has statistics significance (P>0.01). Conclusion: The music in reduced in pregnant woman's anxious degree to play the certain role, the music intervened the same psychology to nurse, the life nurses with the hygienic propaganda unifies, implemented the whole to the patient to nurse, meets patient's needs, the true realization nursed the pattern take the patient as the center.
