中西医结合治疗过敏性紫癜20例临床观察
【中图分类号】：R275 【文献标识码】：B【文章编号】： 1004-597X(2007)12-0060-02【摘要】 过敏性紫癜是最常见的毛细血管变态反应性疾病，皮肤紫癜、消化道粘膜出血、关节肿痛、肾脏损伤是其主要临床表现。近年来本病呈上升趋势。我科采用结合中医清热祛风凉血、健脾化瘀止血治疗，取得较满意的疗效。

【Abstract】 the allergyis the most common blood capillary allergy disease, the skin , the digestive tract mucous membrane hemorrhage, the joint is swollen and painful, the kidney damage is its main clinical manifestation. In recent years this sickness assumed the trend of escalation. My branch uses the union Chinese medicine to alleviate fever relieves sickness , is good for the spleenstops bleeding the treatment, obtains a more satisfactory curative effect.
