胰腺损伤的CT诊断价值

【摘要】目的：探讨CT诊断在外伤性胰腺损伤中的价值及临床治疗中的作用。方法：对6例外伤性胰腺损伤的临
床表现及CT表现进行回顾分析。结果：4例病例经CT平扫及增强扫描后及时诊断和治疗，很快恢复出院，2例因未能及时诊断和有效治疗，并发重症胰腺炎、胰周感染致使治疗时间延长。结论：CT平扫及增强扫描是诊断胰腺损伤的首选方法。正确分析CT征象能及时作出诊断，为临床治疗适时手术提供重要依据。
