对临床实习生管理工作的几点思考

【摘要】 针对实习生医院感染知识欠缺的现象，拟订了医院感染控制的健康计划与措施，开展多种形式的教学活动，加强实习生医院感染控制的健康教育。使实习生更新了观念，增强了预防意识，实习中自觉执行医院感染控制的各项措施，收到了较好的教学效果。
