【摘要】目的：探讨改良根治术治疗乳腺癌的临床效果。方法：25例患者行改良根治术1式(保留胸大、小肌)。对于1例3A期乳腺癌及术前或术中发现有1，2级淋巴结肿大者则行改良根治术3式(kodama 法)。结果：经跟踪调查发现：26例中发生皮下积液需要处理的2例(7.8%)，皮缘坏死1例(3.9%)，经换药治疗后愈合，上肢淋巴性水肿(轻度)2例(7.8%)。淋巴结转移情况：26例中有淋巴结转移8例(30.8%)，其中2期23例中有7例(30.4%)。3A期1例(100%)。全组获得随访，至目前均健在，由于随访年限较短，生存率有待进一步研究。结论：本研究采用以保留胸大肌、小肌的1式改良根治术取得与典型根治术一样的临床效果。
