【摘要】目的：探讨宫腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜息肉的疗效观察。方法：对经宫颈子宫内膜息肉切除术(TCRP)与传统开腹子宫切除手术(TAH)进行对比性分析，探讨宫腔镜手术治疗的手术时间、术中情况、术后疗效及随访结果等，进而研究宫腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜息肉等妇科宫内良性疾病的有效性和可行性。结果：宫腔镜手术具有不开腹、创伤小、出血少、痛苦轻、恢复快、住院时间短、远期合并症少，可保留子宫，不影响卵巢功能等特点。结论：随着腔镜技术的发展，宫腔镜电切术已逐渐取代了传统的开腹子宫切除手术，在宫腔内良性病变的治疗方面占据了不可替代的地位。
