【摘要】膀胱癌是泌尿系统最常见的肿瘤之一。多数患者病变局限于膀胱黏膜或黏膜下层，部分患者为肌层浸涧或淋巴结转移。其治疗目地是消除病性，延迟肿瘤的复发和防止肿瘤进展当浸润性或是转移。行TURBt术后，部分患者未复发。
