【摘要】目的：探讨睾丸理疗器及中西医结合综合治疗慢性附睾炎的疗效。方法：睾丸理疗器理疗阴囊、睾丸、附睾每日一次，每次15-20分钟；口服对病原体敏感的抗生素及附睾汤颗粒冲剂，一个月为一个疗程，观察疗效。结果：2005年3月至2007年1月对慢性附睾炎患者进行治疗观察，5-10天起效，有效率100%，痊愈率38.2%，治疗后观察三个月，无复发。结论：此方法是对慢性附睾炎进行治疗的有效方法、疗效满意，值得推广。
