【摘要】老年患者的用药安全性和合理性是对老年患者身心健康的重要指数。若要正确、合理的用药治疗，就能顺利地让其早日康复和有效的控制病情的发展。如何能正确、合理的使用药物，首先，要对老年患者的自身状况有详细的了解，对病史详细的研究，并耐心的听患者对病情的自述，对所配的药物的药性有丰富全面的了解，减少用药的重复性，盲目性和随意性。
