【摘要】目的：探讨补中益气汤及其拆方的免疫调节作用。方法：将NIH小鼠随机分组进行研究，并测定NK、IL-2及IFN-γ活性。结果：高剂量补中益气汤能明显提高脾虚小鼠NK活性、IL-2活性和IFN-γ活性，并可使它们恢复至接近正常水平(P>0.05)；整方和拆方Ⅰ能协同ConA明显提高脾虚小鼠IL-2活性，并均使之恢复至接近正常水平(P>0.05)。结论：补中益气汤中各药通过良好的配伍关系达到全面调节机体免疫功能作用，而非简单的相加作用。
