【摘要】上消化道出血是临床上常见的致命性急症，死亡率较高，其病因依次为消化性溃疡、食管胃底静脉曲张破裂，急性糜烂性出血性胃十二指肠和胃癌，治疗的抗休克、迅速补血、止血、制酸、扩容、抗感染等，部分患者通过保守治疗后，均可达到满意疗效。
