【摘要】目的:对心绞痛型冠心病患者服药依从性情况进行调查，为我们进一步搞好社区卫生工作提供资料。方法：对维登中心医院确诊的156例心绞痛型冠心病患者，采用入村入户调查的方式，对其服药依从性情况进行调查，并分析其原因，为我们进一步做好村社卫生工作提供依据。结果:156例心绞痛型冠心病患者中，被确诊此病病史<3月的患者，服药高依从性者占36.8%；被确诊此病病史≥3月的患者，服药高依从性者仅占9.3%。由此可见，心绞痛型冠心病患者服药依从性较差，并随着时间的推移其服药依从性更低。结论 提高村社心绞痛型冠心病患者服药的依从性是非常重要的。
