【摘要】高血压严重地危害着人类的健康。由于高血压早期通常不表现出任何症状，大部分人并不知道自己患有高血压。因此，高血压的防治工作十分重要。本文根据多年临床经验和大量证据阐明平时生活中的点点滴滴对原发性高血压防治工作的重要性。
