【摘要】急性肾衰竭是常见的危重急症之一，病死率高，随着腹膜透析技术的不断改进，腹膜透析在治疗急、慢性肾衰竭得到了临床医生的重视。为评价腹膜透析在急性肾衰竭中的治疗效果及在基层医院开展腹膜透析的可行性。

    【Abstract】The acute renal failure is one of common seriously injured acute diseases, the case fatality rate is high, along with the peritoneal dialysis technology unceasing improvement, the peritoneal dialysis was treating, the chronic renal failure anxiously obtained clinician’s value. In order to appraise the peritoneal dialysis in the acute renal failure treatment result and in the basic unit hospital development peritoneal dialysis feasibility.
