【摘要】上颌窦的含牙囊肿病例并不多见，病因是皮层持续感染2周以上，周围包绕骨质致密，皮层开始吸收而形成。囊肿可见1个牙胚或多个牙胚，因与上颌窦相通的面不大，故未行上颌窦根治术，用盐水、庆大霉素液冲术腔，粘膜瓣复位，严密缝合口，抗感染既可治愈。【关键词】进入上颌窦;含牙囊肿
