【摘要】目的：探讨直肠肛管损伤的诊断及处理。方法：回顾我院近年收治的28例直肠肛管损伤的临床资料。分析其诊断，处理及预后。结果：腹膜返折以上的直肠损伤5例，腹膜返折以下的直肠损伤19例，肛管损伤4例。同时11例合并其他脏器损伤。2例清创后未缝合。一期愈合21例，出现并发症4例。结论：直肠肛管损伤应尽早清创、冲洗、修复、引流；合并腹腔脏器损伤不确定时可以实行腹腔镜检查；腹膜返折以下应尽可能一期修复；损伤严重者，有严重合并损伤者应行结肠造口术。
