【摘要】目的：提高对十二指肠间质瘤的临床特点、病理和免疫组织化学(免疫组化)及治疗方法的认识。方法：对报道1例十二指肠间质瘤的临床资料进行数理分析，并结合文献进行复习和讨论。结果：该例主要临床表现为腹痛、排黑便，上腹部CT、磁共振和胃镜检查均提示十二指肠肿瘤，行十二指肠肿瘤切除术，术后病理检查示十二指肠梭形细胞瘤，免疫组化结果示肿瘤细胞CD117(+)，CD34(+)，结合蛋白(-)，S-100蛋白(-)，肌动蛋白(-)，最后确诊为十二指肠良性间质瘤。结论：十二指肠间质瘤临床少见，症状无特异性，主要依靠组织病理及免疫组化检查来确诊，免疫组化表型特征为CD117(+)，CD34(+)，治疗方法以手术切除为主。

    【Abstract】Objeetive:Enhances to the duodenum between the nature lump clinical characteristic, the pathology and the immunity histochemistry (immunity group) and the method of treatment understanding. Method: To reported between 1 example duodenum the nature lump clinical material enters the number of lines principle analysis, and the union literature carries on the review and the discussion. Result：This example main clinical manifestation for the abdominal pain, the platoon is black then, epigastrium CT, the magnetic resonance and the gastroscopy prompt the duodenum tumor, the good duodenum tumor excision method, after the technique the pathology inspection shows the duodenum fusiform shape cell lump, the immunity group result shows tumor cell CD117 (+), CD34 (+), the union protein (-), the S-100 protein (-), the muscle moves the protein (-), finally diagnoses for the duodenum benignity the nature lump. Conclusion: Between the duodenum the nature lump clinical is rare, the symptom does not have the specificity, mainly depends upon the organization pathology and the immunity group inspection diagnoses, the immunity group phaenotype characteristic is CD117 (+), CD34 (+), the method of treatment to the surgery excises primarily. ......
