【摘要】牙隐裂是导致成人牙齿劈裂而丧失的一种主要疾病，为了使牙隐裂的患者得致正确的诊断和及时的治疗，本文总结分析了80例患者的临床表现和治疗结果。牙隐裂的形成常与牙齿发育的缺陷或颌创伤有关。碘酊染色可使已有的裂文清晰可见。隐裂牙及时的、综合性的治疗尤为重要，调磨或用复合树脂粘结无效且有根尖、牙髓症状的患牙必须经综合性治疗后用全冠加固。
