【摘要】正常睾丸鞘膜囊内有少量液体(2～3ml)，供滑润、保护睾丸用。如果液体过多即为鞘膜积水。鞘膜积水的主要表现是局部包块、逐渐长大。可有坠痛、胀痛、牵扯痛。积液过多、包块过大者可引起阴茎内缩、影响排尿与性生活，使病人活动不便。
