【摘要】妊娠期糖尿病是以高血糖为标志的高危妊娠，其可导致妊高征等产妇合并症，还可以发展成2型糖尿病，也可导致新生儿的畸形。所以，对妊娠糖尿病确诊后，早期干预，对经饮食控制后血糖不能维持在理想水平者，及时加用胰岛素治疗，以降低对母婴健康的危害。
