【摘要】目的：观察阿奇霉素治疗下呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法：106例下呼吸道感染患者随机平分为两组，治疗组静脉滴注阿奇霉素治疗；对照组静脉滴注头孢噻肟钠治疗，疗程均为7d。结果：治疗组和对照组的临床有效率分别为94.3%和77.4%，治疗组和对照组的不良反应发生率分别为7.5%和26.4%。结论：静脉滴注阿奇霉素治疗下呼吸道感染疗效显著，值得临床推广。
