【摘要】目的：评价宫颈电环切除术(LEEP)同时达到治疗和诊断宫颈病变的临床价值。方法：对335例各种宫颈病变患者采用LEEP治疗，切除全部宫颈移行区，切除组织全部送病理。观察手术时间、出血量、病人反应及术后修复情况。结果：LEEP治疗一次成功率为98.5%(330/335)，平均手术时间为5.8分钟，出血量8ml，无继发性出血和感染发生。结论：LEEP诊断和治疗宫颈病变操作简单、安全、成功率高，尤其适用于CIN1-2患者。

    Clinical observation of 335 cervical lesions managed by LEEP

    【Abstract】Objeetive:To assess the value of LEEP for diagnosis and treatment in patients with cervical lesions. Methods: 335 patients with cervical lesions were treated by LEEP. The transformation zone of the cervix was completely excised in every case. All specimens after LEEP were sent for pathological diagnosis. The duration of the management, the amount of bleeding, the complaints of the patients and the postoperative effect were all recorded. Results: The cure rate of LEEP for the first time is 98.5%(330/335). The procedure time was averaged 5.8 minutes. The mean bleeding volume was 8mL. There no secondly bleeding and infections occurs. Conclusion: LEEP is simple, safe and effective in diagnosis and treatment of cervical lesions, especially for the patients of CIN1-2. ......
