【摘要】目的：探讨低场强0.35T MR胰胆管成像在胆道梗阻临床应用。方法：用重T2WI MR水成像技术检查患者78例，采用非屏气后薄层扫描，图像经计算机叠加重建处理。结果：78例7例阴性，68例阳性,其中65例经手术病理或临床证实，阳性患者MRCP均能显示各类疾病引起胆道梗阻、梗阻性质的判断，阴性者能展示胆总管、胆囊、肝总管、左右肝管的形态。结论:低场强MRCP能够反映胰胆管的正常与异常情况和胰胆管梗阻的部位与程度,与MR原始图像结合能够提高诊断胰胆管疾病病因的水平。
