【摘要】目的：探讨超声诊断胎儿畸形的价值。方法：对350例孕24周以上的孕妇进行常规B超检查。结果：发现唇裂畸形胎儿3例，检出率0.86%。结论：胎儿上唇弓回声中断是胎儿唇裂的主要征象，超声能清晰显示胎儿口鼻，是诊断胎儿畸形的首选方法。
