【摘要】目的：观察清肝降压汤合硝苯地平控释片治疗高血压性头痛的疗效。方法：随机分组，清肝降压汤合硝苯地平控释片治疗组75例，硝苯地平控释片对照组75例，进行疗效比较。结果：清肝降压汤合硝苯地平控释片治疗组显效率50.7%，总有效率94.7%；硝苯地平控释片对照组显效率40%，总有效率77.3%；两组比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。治疗组的血压显著降低。结论：清肝降压汤合硝苯地平控释片对高血压性头痛有确切疗效。
