【摘要】目的:探讨药物性肝病的临床特点及致病药物. 方法:采用回顾性调查方法对我院收治的56例药物性肝病患者临床资料、实验室检查、治疗转归进行分析。结果:引起药物性肝病的药物中,抗结核药23. 2%、中草药17.9%、抗生素16.1%、化疗药物12.5%、其他30.4%。结论:引起药物性肝病的常见药物为抗结核药,中药及抗菌药,应当引起临床医生的足够的重视。
