【摘要】随着经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高，生活方式的改变以及人口老龄化，糖尿病患者的数量迅速增加，其发病率在全球范围内有逐渐增加的趋势，尤其是发展中国家，增加速度更快，已成为继肿瘤及心血管疾病之后威胁人类的第三大疾病。胰岛素疗法是治疗糖尿病的主要措施之一。目前，临床上使用不当的现象非常普遍。胰岛素在糖尿病病人中使用的指针越来越宽而影响胰岛素的因素较多，2003年3月～2004年3月，我院对73例糖尿病患者的使用，胰岛素疗法血糖控制不佳的原因进行了分析。

The insulin therapy treats one of diabetes main measures. At present, on clinical uses the improper phenomenon to be extremely common. Insulin the indicator which uses in the diabetes patient more and more extends affects the insulin the factor to be more, in March, 2003~in March, 2004, my courtyard to 73 examples diabetes patient’s use, the insulin therapy blood sugar control not good reason has carried on the analysis. ......
