【摘要】后颅凹肿瘤即幕下肿瘤，是位于小脑蒂以下的肿瘤。包括小脑半球肿瘤、小脑蚓部、桥小脑角、第四脑室、听神经瘤、斜坡肿瘤等。经精心的治疗及围手术期护理，及时发现并发症，并采取有效的护理措施，取得了良好效果。
