【摘要】中医药文献中确有“细辛不过钱”之说，如《本草纲目》、《本草别谈》等，为此，长期以来，此学说一直束缚临床上对细辛之剂量上应用，影响着细辛之良好临床疗效。笔者在临床中加大了细辛的用量，并未发现此药对人体产生的不良反应，反之对难治、难疒愈之疾有较好的疗效。

The author in clinical center has enlarged asarum the amount used, discovered by no means this medicine produces to the human body not good responded, otherwise to is difficult to govern,the difficult illness to have a better curative effect.
