【摘要】目的:探讨中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法:将55例冠心病心绞痛病人分为两组，对照组采用西药进行抗冠心病心绞痛治疗，治疗组在西药治疗基础上加中药处方治疗。结果:经治疗4周后，治疗组与对照组的心绞痛疗效和心电图疗效都得到了明显的提高，心绞痛总有效率治疗组为92.31%，对照组为68.96%；心电图总有效率治疗组为88.46%，对照组62.07%，两组治疗结果比较差异有显著性(P<0. 05)。结论:中西医结合治疗对治疗冠心病心绞痛效果更显著。
