【摘要】目的：了解妇科疾病的用药情况及用药变化趋势。方法：对2005~2006年门诊妇科疾病患者治疗药物用DDD分析法和金额排序法，综合分析该类药使用情况。结果：2年中抗真菌药和抗菌消炎中成药的DDDs值排名一直在前2位；氟康唑片、妇科白带片和抗宫炎片位居金额统计前3名；使用方便、毒副作用小的中成药制剂在临床应用广泛。结论：我院妇科疾病用药趋势符合国内文献资料报道，使用情况基本合理。

Conclusion: My courtyard gynecology department disease conforms to the domestic literature material with the medicine tendency to report that, the service condition basic is reasonable. ......
