【摘要】随着社会医疗发展和卫生事业改革需要，护理工作也面临着模式与观念的转变，护理的核心思想从单一的疾病护理向身心健康发展。整体护理的拓宽，以病人为中心是当今护理工作的主要精髓，因此对护理质量管理是达到这一目的重要手段，病区护理管理是协作劳动的产物，护士长作为临床护理最直接的管理者，如何在新形势下将护理管理运用到护理工作中极为重要，作为笔者根据二十多年护士长管理经验。
