浅谈冠心病心绞痛采用加味丹参饮治疗的临床应用
【摘要】冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(以下简称冠心病)就其临床表现而言，应属中医学“厥心痛”、“真心痛”、“胸痹”、“心痹”的范畴，这些病症的发病部位、性质及预后与现代医学的冠心病心绞痛、心肌梗死相类。冠心病病机较为复杂，常见的有寒凝、气滞、血瘀、痰阻、气虚、阴亏等。在笔者临证过程中，发现此病以痰瘀互阻伴肾气不足为多见，常运用益肾活血、祛瘀化痰法予以辨治，取得良好疗效。【关键词】冠心病；胸痹；益肾活血；祛瘀化痰；中医药疗法；加味丹参饮
