胶原酶治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察
【摘要】目的:观察胶原酶注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的治疗效果。方法:对136例腰椎间盘突出症患者，将不同剂量的胶原酶冻干制品溶于生理盐水中，分盘内和盘外注射。6个月后观察症状、体征和影象资料。结果:盘内注射总有效率83%，盘外注射总有效率75%。结论:胶原酶盘内注射治疗剂量为600~1200U。棘突旁椎间孔侧入路较方便，安全。【关键词】腰间盘；胶原酶；有效剂量

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the collagenase injection for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation effect. Method: 136 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation, collagenase different doses of freeze-dried products dissolved in saline, and within the sub-set of injection. Six months after the observation of symptoms, signs and video information. Results:-injection efficiency of 83 per cent of the total, was outside the injection efficiency of 75 per cent of the total. Conclusion: collagenase-injection treatment dose of 600 ~ 1200 U. Spinous process next intervertebral foramen lateral approach more convenient and safe.
